I don’t find myself to be a very good reader. Part of the reason is because of my working memory disability. It takes me a lot longer to understand what the book is talking about then normal people. The last novel I read was in grade 8 called “The Rock Stars Daughter”. It took me 3 month to read.
Just by looking at the front cover of the book “The Kite Runner” my best guess of what it will be about is that it will be about two boys that are very close in age, even brothers, that like to fly kites around. They have a very tight bond as you can tell by their embrace in the picture on the front cover of the book. By the colors on the boy on the left’s kite I would assume the story takes place in Afghanistan. By looking at the colours on the other boys flag I think this means that the country isn’t at war yet.
